Easy Delicious Steak Fajitas

Mexican Night! I have cool memories of our adventures in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico where we made friends with a random Mexican guy while touring the streets of Puerto Vallarta. He took us to a hole-in-a-wall Cantina in which we had to vigilantly walk across a suspended bridge to get to the restaurant. The locals looked at us funny, but I didn’t care because the taste of that authentic Carne Asada I had is still ingrained in my mind, and this was about three years ago!

I especially love the fresh ingredients required to make mexican dishes. I don’t know about you, but these amazing pictures are making my mouth water.

We’ve got our fresh tomatoes, cilantro, lime and a little salt and pepper for our homemade pico de gallo! You can add some minced jalapeños too!

Mince the garlic and cilantro, then squeeze the heck out of that lime! Oh yeah!
