Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
3. Spoon small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon to form circles.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges of the crisps are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the crisps cool on the parchment paper for a few minutes. They will firm up as they cool.
6. Once cooled, gently lift the crisps off the parchment paper and transfer them to a serving platter.
