I can’t believe it! I made this casserole for a gathering, and it vanished instantly!

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the mixture evenly into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the top of the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
