Instructions

Prepare the Sausage

Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Crumble the sausage as it cooks.

Assemble the Rolls

1. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured surface.

2. Evenly distribute the cooked sausage over the dough, leaving a small border.

3. Tightly roll the dough into a log.

4. Cut the log into 8 equal slices.

5. Place the rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. In a small bowl, whisk together the beaten egg and milk. Brush the egg wash over the rolls.

Bake the Rolls

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
