Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Mix the Dough
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, Cool Whip, and egg. Stir until just combined. (Don’t worry, the dough will be sticky!)
Step 3: Roll in Powdered Sugar
Place powdered sugar in a shallow dish. Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough and roll them in the sugar until fully coated.
Step 4: Bake!
Place the coated dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are set and tops are slightly cracked.
Step 5: Cool & Enjoy
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
