Instructions

1. Preheat & Prep

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Cook the Beef

In a large skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil (4-5 minutes). Add garlic (1 minute). Brown ground beef, breaking it apart. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Drain excess grease.

3. Combine Ingredients

4. Assemble & Bake
