Prepare crust: Roll out the biscuit dough into a large circle to fit your pizza pan or baking sheet. Press it down to form the crust
Cook sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.
Make gravy: Using the same skillet, stir flour into the sausage drippings and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble pizza: Spread the gravy over the biscuit crust. Add the cooked sausage and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with chopped chives if desired. Slice and enjoy!
